Privacy Policy

We have established the following policy in order to secure the appropriate management of personal information based on “the Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (hereinafter referred to as “APPI”). １．Observance of Related Legislations and Guidelines We observe APPI and its guidelines, and perform the appropriate management of personal information. ２．Safety Management Measures We have in particular established “Personal Information Management Rules” with respect to the requisite safety management measures including the prevention of personal information leakage.

Purpose of Utilization

We use personal information within the scope of the purpose of utilization as below.

１．Application for Briefing Sessions and Lecture Meetings

・ Procedure of application for briefing sessions and lecture meetings.

・ Notification of briefing sessions and lecture meetings organized by RICE.

２．Inquiry

・ Replies to inquiries and other contacts regarding inquiries.
